How we could start working together

  • We can help you (and if appropriate, your team) meet the challenges of organisational change and create positive outcomes for both the organisation and for you personally
  • Our approach to working with you is highly tailored to your needs. We can start with a small piece of work, through which we identify the best way to work together and can then work in as structured or unstructured a way as works for you

Example entry points - generally low risk and exploratory but with tangible rewards

  • Initial diagnostic - sitting in on your Board meeting or senior management team forum, followed by observations, feedback and guidance on how to capitalise on the strengths and develop the team, along with insights into the larger organisational situation
  • Short interview programme - 1-to-1 interviews, with individual team members or a sample of managers to identify and diagnose specific issues or challenges related to organisational change
  • Individual one day working session - with specific defined desired outcomes, e.g. assessment of needs and issues; identifying where we are and what areas need to be focused on; specific focus on a chosen area
  • Organisational one day observation - day spent observing, witnessing and diagnosing what is going on and feeding back key observations
  • External planning review/health check - reviewing your change strategy or/and tactics by presenting plans and using us for external expert review

Example second stage - full diagnostics delivering benefits in themselves and direction for further interventions

  • Team working session - working with and facilitating the Board to gather their own impression on where the organisation is at and integrating into an organisational assessment, leading to further enquiry, setting objectives for change and identifying key levers of change
  • Individual key executive self-assessment - working with leaders, starting with self-assessment and vision work, to explore and identify what sort of transition or development they want to make
  • Focused discussion - with individual leaders or teams around specific issues to help find new ways of looking at the issues and identifying new solutions with high leverage actions
  • Group practical working sessions - using group sessions involving practical experiments, games and role plays to explore and evaluate what is happening in the organisation; creating insights in a safe space
