- The first person you'll meet is Catherine Llewellyn, our Managing Director and lead consultant
- We have strong collaborative working relationships with mature experienced specialists in the Change Leadership field, some of whom may also work on your programme, or provide expert information or perspective - and all of whom have suitable practitioner quality assurance procedures in place
- All our consultants are self-managing, and represent a high level of development and expertise in their aspect of the field
- We assure the quality of our work through self & peer assessment and appropriate support, such as:
- SUPERVISION - regular sessions with a qualified Supervisor of humanistic facilitators, to review, critique and develop practice
- MEMBERSHIP OF THE INDEPENDENT PRACTITIONER NETWORK - the self-and-peer-assessment network, organised in small regionally based cells, providing quality accreditation and peer support
- MEMBERSHIP OF THE CHANGE ALLIANCE - the self-organising body of Surrey University Change Agent Skills and Strategies MSc alumni
- We also provide a Consulting to Consultants service for consultants, coaches and facilitators
